BOILED EGGS AND THE RIGHT OR WRONG ANSWERS

The Scots bash their boiled eggs over the head, while the English slice their heads off. What do you do?

It's “personal preference”, that irritating response that comes back should you ever ask a builder for their opinion on your new patio.  Likewise, as the image shows, no two people shear a sheep the same way.

The answer, whether it is bashed eggs, sliced heads or sheep shearing, matters little, it is the journey and destination that count, and so it is with the New Consumer Duty NCD action pack.  The main thing is that you get it done.  Log in and answer the questions, and hey presto – there is your report.  The answers to the 60 or so questions are inevitably either, “yes we have done this thing”, or “yes we are doing this thing,” or “no, but we really promise that we will do this this.”  At the end of the process you get a nice five page report to show for your efforts.
