DOWNLOAD FROM BAT / AUTO REPORTS IN DOCUMENTS

Log into BAT, and look for Documents / auto reports and search term "NCD."

NCD means New Consumer Duty – get with it, and write your report now.  The deadline is July 31st.

AUTO REPORT has been added to BAT, so you can automatically create an action plan, based on your responses to just 40 questions. 

Many of these are YES/NO questions, and they are brain dead simple to answer, with almost no free type in the questionnaires, just pick and mix auto-report style. We would of course recommend that you spend additional time adding free-type as appropriate as this is about YOU and YOUR firm so must be tailored.

Of course we don’t like to promote this as an easy option,  so we emphasize here that it is easy to say “yes” to a question, but you will be committing yourself to a certain standard, when it might have been easier to say “no”, and hold your hands up that more work is to be done. 

Answer truthfully, as the questionnaire repeatedly explains.  In financial services you only commit to things that are achievable and can be proven.  You’ll find it in BAT / documents / auto reports, using the search term “NCD.“
