Q: Typically, when specifically looking at succession of pension benefits, why might you consider a PPP over a DB scheme?

 A: A PPP can offer investment growth and therefore higher potential death benefits

B: A DB scheme does not provide any death benefits

C: A PPP is cheaper than a DB scheme

D: DB schemes typically only provide for benefits to be paid to a spouse or dependent, most PPs now allow for succession to anyone.
