The Pensions Regulator has published information on DB transfers.

• For the period 1 April 2017 and 31 March 2018, approximately 72,700 transferred out of their DB pension schemes a total of approximately £14.3 billion.
• Most people think that the rate of transfer has accelerated.
• Most IFAs say that as interest rates rise Cash equivalent transfer values will fall.
