A key action required of you as a result of GDPR is the requirement for us to issue new engagement letters setting out your responsibilities under the regulations.

Although it is not one of the most exciting tasks, if we could please urge you to review yours and upload your version to promotions on BAT for sign off approval -and then send to all your clients for signature.

You do NOT have to send this in the post.  You can send by email and ask for reply using the word “consent”.
